Cheza Games

1. License Grant

Infoholiks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Cheza Games for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits in online games.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players through the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Content

Your display name and avatar are visible to other players in online mode. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen name and avatar are appropriate and do not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without notice.

4. Online Features

Cheza Games includes online multiplayer features that require an internet connection. We do not guarantee the availability of online services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Cheza Games — including but not limited to game logic, graphics, audio, and text — is the property of Infoholiks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Ugandan card game Matatu is a traditional game; our implementation and presentation thereof is our original work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cheza Games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infoholiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

9. Updates

We may release updates to the app from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of online features. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via an in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
