- Game data: Game results, scores, win/loss records, and move history.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and performance monitoring.
- Usage data: Which games you play and how often, to improve the app experience.
- Anonymous authentication: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication which assigns you a random user ID without requiring an email or password.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To enable online multiplayer — matching you with other players and syncing game state in real time.
- To maintain leaderboards and track game statistics.
- To send game-related push notifications (e.g. when it's your turn).
- To improve app performance and fix bugs.
- To show your online presence to other players when you are in the Play Online section.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Messaging). Firebase data centres are located in the United States and the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Google Firebase — our cloud infrastructure provider.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Children's Privacy
Cheza Games is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is described in this policy. We do not collect names, emails, or contact information from any users.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your game data and account at any time via the app's Settings → Delete Account.
- Access information we hold about you by contacting us.
- Opt out of push notifications via your device settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your game data for as long as you use the app. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
